Set up Rumi Dental

Create the platform and its System Administrator. Dental clinics register separately after installation and require approval before access.

Application & database

Automatically enabled when the application URL begins with https://.

No clinic is created in this step.

These values identify the SaaS platform itself. Each dental clinic will create its own tenant, branch, owner account, timezone, and clinic settings through the registration page.

System Administrator

Platform account - not a dental clinic account.

This user has clinic_id = NULL and branch_id = NULL. Use it to review clinic registrations, approve or reject tenants, change packages, suspend access, and manage platform backups.

Use at least 12 characters with uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol.

Demo data & confirmation

Optional demo tenants
Keep the option below enabled to install the sample Single Clinic, Multi Branch Clinic, staff accounts, patient records, and a pending clinic registration. Demo account passwords are Admin@223344.
The installer will test MySQL, create the secure configuration, install Laravel dependencies, build the database, create your independent System Administrator, optionally add demo tenants, and lock the installer.

After installation, real clinics use the public Register clinic page. They remain pending until the System Administrator approves them.
